Melissa Schwab (she/her) is the Administrative, Growth & Engagement Associate at Voices for Progress. Melissa supports the organization’s donor member recruitment and engagement, fundraising, and administrative functions. Previously, Melissa spent two terms as an AmeriCorps VISTA at the University of Maryland, College Park in first-generation college student programming and support. Melissa holds a B.A. in Political Science and Human Services and Social Justice from George Washington University. She is passionate about disability justice, education equity, and healthcare access. In her free time, Melissa enjoys baking treats for friends and exploring the DMV.
